Nelsons frozen custard

So sorry it's been so long since I wrote! You know how life gets. ^_^ well I come to bring you two great reviews from Saint George! Yes readers I left Utah county for a weekend get away and was determined to try some places not common to Utah county area. One of the places I tried was nelsons custard. Can I just say custard is amazing. I love how creamny and rich it is. I chose a raspberry concrete with a vanilla base. Super good. I love the options of differet flavor base such as vanilla, chocolate and then a flavor of the day. They give you several options for mix ins to create several options. It's a place down there I highly recommend especially on a hot day. I hope this is a fun one to try. Happy eating! 

Pizza studio

Please accept my deepest apologies for having not posted in forever. Life gets busy and sadly I'm not always able to try new food or even review on food I've tried before. It's all good though! 

Today I bring to you a review on a wonderful place called piza studio. Pizza studio use to only have one location that I knew of which was at the university mall in Orem. They have a location in Lehi just off the freeway and salt lake at city creek now. Lehi is one of their most recent locations. This one is just up the road from my work. I've gone to te pizza studio in Orem a few times and then city creek once. I love it. They have 3 different flavors of crust and you can choose from and you can either build your own pizza or choose one of they're specials. I personally like the pepperoni. So good and Classic. I've also tried the buffalo wing pizza which is hot but super good. Great place to try muchly recommended 

HuHot

I've been to this restaurant a few times now. HuHot is located in sandy just off state street next to ihop. It's a wonderful place to eat especially when your looking for a filling meal. HuHot is a monoglian grill allowing a large selection of food. It's set up with the beginning picking the type of noodles and meat or fish you want then add vegetables with the sauces at the end. I love the regular noodles with beef and occationally put some vegetables in. This time I did pees and corn. Once you've put everything in your bowl you take it over to this section where the cooks have a large round grill they cook the food on. It's fun to watch them work and see your food cook. I like eating most of my meal with chopstick just for the fun of it. This is definitely a place I'll keep going to many times. A must try. :) hope you're enjoying your new food discoveries. Bruges waffles and frites

I'm gonna try and contain my pure excitement over this place. My first time I ever tried this place was up in salt lake on Broadway street. It was a day my friends and I were just wandering salt lake looking for a place to eat. After looking at food reviews we found this one highly rated. You really do get your money's worth here. But this review is after I tried it down in Provo. My friend and I had no idea it was there. Just across the street from the nu skin building and the new temple being built. It's hidden among the many other shops and restaurants. This place is amazing. I still need to take a day a buy one of their waffles and one of waffles loves waffles and compare the two but I dare say Bruges waffles are better. They just have more flavor to them and the waffle to banana and cream ratio is amazing. Just enough bananas and cream for the whole waffle. They also have amazing fries which is where I say you really do get your money's worth. I made the silly mistake of getting a medium fry my first time and there were too many fries. Way too many. This time I got a small which was plenty and I still had left overs. All in all I love this place I'll definitely be going there again. Hopefully you'll give it a try :) enjoy the delicious foods! 

Sodalicious

I'm sure you've probably heard of the various different drink places in Utah. A few of those are roxberry, Jamba Juice, swig, slurp, and a few others. I've tried a few of these but still finding new ones to try. One of these places has been sodalicious. Sodalicious is locked in downtown Provo just off of university avenue and on 300 n. This cute little shop offers a large variety of soda concoctions. One of the great things about sodalicious is they give you the option to mix your own drink. The first time I went I decided on an option they already had which was a mango Mountain Dew mix with a splash of half and half. Very good drink I love mango so I enjoyed it. This most recent time I went I decided to try my own mix. I nice lemonade, mango, and half and half. Oh my delicious goodness. I loved it so much it was super smooth and delicious. It would definitely be one I would get again. This is an awesome place to go to so stop reading and go try it! ^_^ hope you've been enjoying my reviews. Have a great day! 

Starbucks

If anyone cares this is another wonderful food place just across the street from my work. There's a lot of choices for food by my work. Starbucks is a place I go to occasionally more for the need of caffeine but my dear readers I'm sad to say I'm not a fan of coffee. Yes I have tried it, yes I have tried many kinds and mixing it different ways. I don't like it. So why in the world would I go to Starbucks? The secret menu my friends. If you have not heard of Starbucks glorious secret menu go look at it now starbuckssecretmenu.net . All you have to do is pull up the recipe and show the cashier and they'll know what to do. One of my favorites to get is the pink rocket. It's what I like to call a lemonade slushie with caffeine involved. It's so freaking good. I've only ever tried one other thing off the secret menu which was a berry frappicino which I wasn't a huge fan of. I plan to start trying a few other things off the secret menu but I recommend trying it once or twice for those of you Starbucks lovers. Starbucks isn't just about the drinks though. They have a great selection of goodies to eat as well. I'm a fan of their bagels more for the fact that during a convention they were one of the only things I ate. I would love to try some of their breakfast options as well as their doughnuts. A coworker let me know those are really good as well. What's your favorite thing from Starbucks? Zaxby's

I've chosen to begin with one of my most recent food tries. This awesome little place is located a short little way from my work place making it a great place to eat. They're well known for their chicken which is a majority of what they sell. Having never tried it before and I was craving a chicken sandwich I decided to eat there for lunch. I decided on the Zaxby's club. This sandwich is made on Texas toast with chicken fingers, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and American cheese. I'm not a fan of tomato so I chose to go without that. But the rest was to die for. I loved the flavor that came with every bite I took. The fries to go with it were really good. I did try their Zaxby's sauce and wasn't a fan. Other than that it's definitely a place I would go to again. Really want to try their hot wings next :) until my next review enjoy eating my friends ^_^ 

Food!

I've decided it's about time I started a blog dedicated to the food I've started trying. I love food. In most recent years I've come to be very fond of trying new places and different types of food. Living in Utah I know most of the area and places to go. Except for the food. There are constantly new places to eat and new changes to the places I eat at. It's always fun to go around trying new things. With that being said I hope this blog will be a place where people can come to and inquire about places to eat or even just see what I have been trying. With that being said lets get this adventure started! :D
